Bacwezi clan is registered and recognized by Tooro Kingdom with a membership of more than 60,000 from Kabarole, Kamwenge, Kyenjojo, Kyegegwa Districts in Western Uganda. The Bacwezi Clan is a registered community based organization at Division level with contact offices located in Fort Portal Municipality. The clan has been engaged in mobilization activities of all Bacwezi in Tooro Kingdom to join the organization for socio-economic support network.

  • Art Gallery

    The art gallery caters for the display of posters, paint pictures, wood, craft and molds with a special focus on Bachwezi tradition, heritage and cultural practices.

    Caters for the displaying posters, paint pictures, wood, craft and molds. These basically focus on Bacwezi traditional tools like domestic utensils, furniture, security, farming, black smith, milking among others. Others will include; dancing or entertainment equipment, dress attires/ designs, beddings, shoes/sandals and communication equipment. Bacwezi practices in farming, marriage, food storage, funerals and child birth.
